When the cold hits up north, the great snowbird migration lands in Quartzsite looking for sunshine, space, and community. At Holiday Palms, we welcome hundreds of snowbirds who come for the season and end up coming back year after year.
Our park is designed with long-term comfort in mind, offering full hookup sites, paved roads, curbside trash pickup, and all the amenities you need to feel truly at home.

Each winter, Quartzsite fills with RVs, side-by-sides, and travelers rolling in to trade snow for sunshine and we’re always ready to welcome returning guests and new arrivals to town.
Our snowbird sites have full hookups, paved roads, and easy access to amenities you’ll need for a long-term stay like laundry, propane, Wi-Fi, and curbside trash pickup. Our pool is heated through the winter months, the hot tub is perfect after a day out, and the two new pickleball courts are always a hub of friendly competition. The events calendar also fills up fast with bingo nights, music jams, craft groups, and potlucks that help to build community throughout the season.
When you’re ready to explore the area outside the park, we’re really central to everything this hidden gem of a region has to offer. The famous Quartzsite gem and mineral shows are just a few minutes away in town and the surrounding desert is full of trails for hiking, off-roading, and rockhounding. You can also take a short drive to Parker or the Colorado River for boating, fishing, or just a day by the water.
We work hard to create an easy, welcoming place to spend the season where convenience and community are at the forefront. We look forward to spending the winter with you in sunny Arizona!
