Park Rules

General Rules

  • Quiet Time starts at 10 PM and ends at 7 AM.
  • NO Wood Burning Fires. Propane Fires are allowed.
  • All vehicles must observe the posted speed limit. Drivers of any type of vehicle must be 16 or over and licensed to drive.
  • NO SMOKING in the buildings.
  • Please be considerate and please respect all fellow guests.
  • Our Priority is your comfort. Please let us know if we can be of assistance.

Cancellation Policy

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy before your arrival date.
  • If you cancel within our 48-hour cancellation period from your arrival date, any paid deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations before the 48-hour cancellation period will assume a 20% cancellation charge. 
  • If something unexpected pops up, just let us know – we’re happy to move your reservation to another date at no extra charge, as long as you contact us 48 hours or more before arrival.
  • No refunds for early departure or no-shows.

Pet Policy

  • Pets MUST be on a leash at all times and not left unattended.
  • No more than two (2) Pets per RV.

Additional Policies

  • Restrooms and Laundry Room close for cleaning 10 PM – 3 AM.
  • Rec-Hall opens at 7 AM and closes at 10 PM.
  • No walking or driving through other sites or parking on the street.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied at all times.
  • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – Swim at your own risk.
  • Guests must register ALL members of their party prior to arrival.
