HOLIDAY PALMS POLICIES

As a future tenant, here are some policies to prepare you for your exciting stay.

Pickleball Court at Holiday Palms RV

Pickleball

  1. The pickleball courts are lit so you can play as desired between 7 AM and 10 PM.
  2. Pickleball equipment can be checked out at the office if need be. Please return all the equipment to the office when finished.
  3. Your daytime guests may play Pickleball with you (guests not staying overnight).

Swimming Pool

RULES

  1. The swimming pool is for registered guests only.
  2. Visitors are not allowed to use the pool unless spending the night and are registered with the office. There are no exceptions please.
  3. Swimming pool is open from sunrise to 10 PM.
  4. Proficient swimmers only are allowed in the pool or spa.
  5. No smoking, food, or alcohol allowed in the spa, pool, or showers.
Holiday Palms extends a warm welcome to new and returning guests. Thank you for following park rules and doing your neighborly duty.

Storage Rules

  1. We have very limited storage available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Storage spaces are designed for vehicles, enclosed trailers or flatbed trailers.
  3. RVs may be stored if space is available. Storage rental is based on a calendar month (whether 1 day or all month).
    • $40 for RVs 24 feet long or less.
    • $70 for RVs over 24 feet long.
  4. Only one RV unit per registered guest site.
  5. A second RV is not allowed to be parked on your site. You must make arrangements for storage either on or off premises.
