We’re an all-age RV resort located just outside of Quartzsite, Arizona, offering spacious full-hookup sites and resort-style amenities for short-term, long-term, and seasonal snowbird guests. Our park is centered around convenience and community, with features like a heated pool and hot tub, pickleball courts, and a full calendar of community activities all season long. We’re excited to welcome you to our little desert oasis!

At Holiday Palms, we’ve worked hard to make sure the park has everything you need to settle in comfortably, no matter how long you’re here. Our full-hookup sites come with 20/30/50-amp power, water, sewer, and curbside trash pickup, and you’ll find convenient extras like an on-site laundry, self-serve car wash, oil change station, and propane refills for convenient day-to-day living.
When it’s time to relax, the heated pool and hot tub are a favorite spot in the winter, and the pickleball courts stay busy most mornings. Inside the rec hall, there’s always something happening between bingo nights, quilting lessons, billiards tournaments, or just a casual card game with friends.
